Hi Julie, yes the wagon lodge was completed September 2008. I found an old document from early 1900s where it said that Coldharbour Farm had a 'timber & galvanised waggon and implement lodge'. So with the help of my architects we managed to build using beautiful oak timber throughout. It was all constructed and bolted together using wooden pegs - just like they used to do. The space is also used as a Games room for the enjoyment of guests staying at the cottage. I also use the area as a starting point for the Country Tours. Its useful to have somewhere to sit down and discuss the route, where were are going, what we are hoping to see etc before we set off. Thanks for your enquiry.

Well done Andrew, this is a great website and very interesting.
If you ever need any help with anything, I would love to be involved.
I am going to be thinking of some new angles for you!
